Okay...so...Reese. From the Zoids: Guardian Force series. Originally not one of my favorite characters...because of her obsession with Raven. (He's not interested, Reese. Go away!)

But she's pretty awesome. Beautiful voice, creepy eyes, cool clothes...

And by the love of all that is holy, is she flat-chested! Seriously! That's something you don't see often in anime. A full-grown woman, so very flat-chested. I think it's cool.
